Its heading identifies it as a Charge Roster, and its contents describe people housed when the report was printed. It has no release-date or release-reason column. The county also states no refresh schedule, historic online window, or archive for earlier versions.
The PDF is still a useful first check. Read its printed timestamp before comparing it with any prior copy. A named booking that remains on the report points to custody at that report time. A name that vanished establishes only that the booking is no longer on that snapshot. Bond, dismissal, time served, a court order, transfer to TDCJ, another county, federal custody, or immigration custody can all produce different next steps.

The strongest same-day method joins the transient web report to the permanent county record. Start with enough identity detail to avoid confusing two people with similar names.
